“I create a space where you can feel safe, with your boundaries respected.”

Would you like to look at life from a different perspective?
I know that the first step towards contacting a psychologist or therapist is often the hardest. Shame, uncertainty and the thought “Is this really for me?” often get in the way. That is why in my work I try to create a space where you can feel safe.
I have always been fascinated by how emotions and the body are connected. Therapeutic work lets me accompany you as you come to understand yourself, your reactions and your needs better – and, through that, build a life with more calm, ease and satisfaction.

Who I work with
There are moments in life when the weight of our emotions is hard to carry. Anxiety can take away your peace, and tension in the body won’t let you relax. Low self-esteem or difficult experiences from the past can make it hard to believe in yourself and what you are capable of.
In my practice I create a space where you can feel safe and heard. Whatever your age or situation, together we will look for ways to understand yourself better and build healthier relationships.
Worry and anxiety
Struggle with intense stress, anxiety, phobias or panic attacks
Sadness and burnout
Experience depression, low mood or a loss of energy
Difficult beginnings
Grew up in families affected by addiction (Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoA), adult children of dysfunctional families)
Crisis and change
Are facing a turning point in life or at work
Insomnia and tension
Have trouble sleeping or feel tension in the body
Relationship difficulties
Struggle in close relationships or feel rejected
Feeling lost
Feel they are losing direction, meaning or motivation
A need for comfort
Are looking for different, gentler ways of coping with everyday life
Reading this and thinking "that’s me"?
If you recognise yourself in any of these descriptions, I invite you to meet — so that together we can look for calm, understanding and strength for the road ahead.
Use the online calendar — choose a convenient time and book your consultation in a few moments.

What makes my work different
My work is not about handing you ready-made solutions.
I believe that you have the resources and strength to cope with difficulties – sometimes you just need someone who will help you see them. In my practice I create a space where you can pause and give yourself attention.
I combine different therapeutic approaches to support you in finding balance and an authentic life:
- SFBTSolution-Focused Brief Therapy
- ISPIntegral Somatic Psychology
- NVCNonviolent Communication
- BrainspottingAn in-depth method of working with the brain and body
Brainspotting helps to process difficult experiences. Using this method, I help you safely release emotions, fears, stress or traces of difficult past events that are held in the body and nervous system, without having to talk about them at length.
You don’t have to struggle alone – change is possible, step by step, at your own pace.

Education and training
To give you safe and effective support, I keep developing my skills.
